Speech Therapist PRN

About the role

We are seeking a PRN Home Health Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team, delivering equitable, high-quality care in diverse home environments and fostering professional growth and meaningful patient connections.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs related to speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the healthcare team
• Provide interventions to improve communication and functional abilities
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress and responses to treatment
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies
• Deliver services in various home settings, ensuring respectful and effective care regardless of patient background

Requirements

• State licensure in Speech Therapy
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Availability to work a weekend rotation

Pay

$35.00 to $62.50 per hour
