Speech Therapist PRN

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform interventions to improve communication and functional abilities.
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on speech therapy techniques and strategies.
• Provide care in diverse home settings, respecting patient diversity and needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Preferred: CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days, weekend availability.
