Speech Therapist - Pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Manage own caseload efficiently and to a high standard
• Work with a diverse group of children, ranging from birth to 21 years of age
• Tailor each treatment to meet unique child needs
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists
• Participate in a holistic approach to therapies offered

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
• A desire for continuous learning and growth
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred)
• High communication level, great self-control, and enjoyment of working with others
• Willingness to work with other divisions of the organization on schedule prediction, referral development, and team cooperation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with children from birth to 21 years of age
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
