Speech Therapist - Home Care

Role: Speech Therapist responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, communication, cognition, hearing, and swallowing (dysphagia) disorders across various care settings. Responsibilities Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and educational requirements.Utilize electronic charting systems for documentation and communication. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology.Certificate of Clinical Competence.1-3 years of experience or Clinical Fellowship eligibility.Speech Language Pathologist certification.BLS certification at the time of hire.Knowledge of Home Health Medicare Conditions of Participation if applicable.
