Speech Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy assessments and plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients across caseload.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Document sessions, outcomes, and therapy metrics in client records.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and teachers to support goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated on innovations in speech therapy.
• Meet quarterly targets and contribute to pipeline-generated growth within territory.
• Participate in on-site program planning and contribute to service expansion initiatives.
• Present therapy outcomes and program impact to supervisors during reviews.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate referrals to relevant specialists when needed.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology with active licensure.
• Experience delivering evidence-based speech therapy across pediatric and/or adult caseloads.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive assessment and treatment plans.
• Proven track record of achieving quarterly targets and contributing to growth.
• Strong documentation skills; maintain accurate client records and therapy metrics.
• Collaborative mindset; partner with families, educators, and care teams.
• On-site presence with ability to lead program planning and service expansion initiatives.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development; stay updated on therapy innovations.
• Proficient in using standardized assessment tools and progress monitoring software.
• Strong communication skills to present outcomes to supervisors and stakeholders.
