Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy assessments and plans.
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients across caseload.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
- Document sessions, outcomes, and therapy metrics in client records.
- Collaborate with families, care teams, and teachers to support goals.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated on innovations in speech therapy.
- Meet quarterly targets and contribute to pipeline-generated growth within territory.
- Participate in on-site program planning and contribute to service expansion initiatives.
- Present therapy outcomes and program impact to supervisors during reviews.
- Advocate for clients and coordinate referrals to relevant specialists when needed.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology with active licensure.
- Experience delivering evidence-based speech therapy across pediatric and/or adult caseloads.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive assessment and treatment plans.
- Proven track record of achieving quarterly targets and contributing to growth.
- Strong documentation skills; maintain accurate client records and therapy metrics.
- Collaborative mindset; partner with families, educators, and care teams.
- On-site presence with ability to lead program planning and service expansion initiatives.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development; stay updated on therapy innovations.
- Proficient in using standardized assessment tools and progress monitoring software.
- Strong communication skills to present outcomes to supervisors and stakeholders.
