Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities by designing and executing individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver effective and efficient rehabilitation services, addressing speech, language, and swallowing disorders or deficits.
• Treat each patient as an individual, tailoring programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance their speech and communication skills.
• Adapt to the needs of diverse patients and settings, maintaining flexibility and enthusiasm for varied daily tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to promote independence and productivity.
• Perform related tasks such as cleaning equipment, attending meetings, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a related field acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $43.00 - USD $53.00 per hour.
