Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication, swallowing, and speech abilities by designing and executing individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver effective and efficient rehabilitation services, addressing the whole patient as an individual.
• Adapt to patient needs and work in varied settings, maintaining flexibility throughout the day.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Perform related tasks such as cleaning equipment, reporting, and attending meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area consistent with ASHA standards.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow. Candidates eligible to obtain the Certificate of Clinical Competence are also accepted.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Pay

USD $48.00 - USD $54.00 per hour.
