Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication, swallowing, and speech abilities by designing and executing individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver effective and efficient rehabilitation services, addressing the whole patient as an individual.
• Adapt to varied patient needs and work settings, maintaining flexibility and joy in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Perform related duties such as cleaning equipment, reporting, and attending meetings.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area consistent with ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) standards.
• A Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow. Candidates eligible to obtain the Certificate of Clinical Competence are also accepted.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $48.00 - USD $60.00 per hour.
