Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient delivery of speech-language pathology services.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans to address communication, swallowing, and related disorders or deficits.
• Address the whole patient as an individual, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their speech and communication abilities.
• Adapt to the needs of diverse patients and settings, maintaining flexibility and enthusiasm for varied daily tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity.
• Perform related duties such as cleaning equipment, attending meetings, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $50.00 - USD $57.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $10,000.00.
