Responsibilities

• Help patients get their power back by assisting with communication, swallowing, and working to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits.
• Design and implement rehab services plans, and work with patients to execute those plans.
• Adapt to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.
• Thrive in a setting that keeps you moving through your day, whether it involves cleaning equipment, reporting to meetings, or collaborating with peers.
• Maintain a collaborative approach, but also be willing to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive.
• Train patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Pay

USD $60.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
