About the role

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position. This in-house program operates within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required.
• Participate in clinical decision-making guided by a patient-centered approach.
• Grow professionally through opportunities to contribute to programming, systems, and creative idea sharing.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• An active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
• A valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay

$42.50 - $65.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
