Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Modify therapy as needed based on patient progress and needs.
• Track and document patient progress and outcomes to ensure optimal recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide patient-centered speech and language therapy.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Skills

• Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to modify therapy based on patient needs.
