Sentara Norfolk General - Inpatient Rehab (Sub Acute) is hiring a Speech Therapist - Full Time. We offer competitive salary with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Provide age‑appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech Therapy.
• Current SLP certification/licensure (BLSVA License).

Pay

The base pay range for full‑time employment is $94,265.60 – $139,048.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, on‑call pay, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
