Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and provide treatment for patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation, and care teams to ensure safe care transitions and support patient recovery.
• Contribute to patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement.
