Provide essential therapy services in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
  • Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
  • Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance and responses to treatment.
  • Celebrating patient improvements and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current state licensure or certification as required.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CPR certification (to be obtained within 30 days if not already held).
  • Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience acceptable.

Skills

  • Strong assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and adapt treatment plans.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and progress tracking.
  • Empathy and dedication to patient care.
