About the role
Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205 seeks a Speech and Language Pathologist to join their team for the 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to students as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and other educational planning processes
Requirements
- Current Professional Educator License (PEL)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience working with students with speech and language disorders
