Speech Pathologist

Role: Speech Pathologist providing inpatient rehabilitation services to adults with complex conditions such as stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.Deliver intensive therapies to improve communication, safe swallowing, and independence.Participate in team conferences and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.Educate patients and families on treatment and progress.Accurately document care and support a culture of dignity, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical skills in speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments.Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient education skills.Commitment to patient-centered care and a team-oriented approach.
