Speech Language Pathology Supervisor Hybrid $85-95 per hour

Boston Speech Therapy is a local woman‑owned SLP company based in Boston that values manageable caseloads and provides appropriate workspaces and materials. Owned and operated by therapists, the company understands the unique needs of its staff. The organization is seeking an experienced Speech‑Language Pathology Supervisor to join the team on a full‑ or part‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Speech Language Pathology Assistants in implementing therapy plans.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of staff performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding speech and language therapy.
• Collaborate with school personnel and other professionals to coordinate student care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
• Conduct evaluations as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in speech‑language pathology.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Familiarity with AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate staff members.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
