About the role
Deliver one-on-one speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Implement treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goals.
Prepare engaging therapy materials tailored to each child’s individual needs.
Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates.
Show up for team huddles, case discussions, and learning moments.
Keep growing your craft through continued education and professional development.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
- Current Texas SLPA license in good standing.
- A solid understanding of typical and disordered communication development in children.
- Experience with or strong interest in working with the pediatric population.
