About the role

We are seeking an empathetic and collaborative individual to join our team as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Pediatric. This is a vital role where you will gain exceptional clinical experience while managing a diverse caseload that allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of children facing developmental disabilities and delays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy that addresses various needs, including feeding, language, speech, and autism
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care
• Manage a diverse caseload to ensure comprehensive care for each child

Requirements

• Washington State SLPA certification
• Empathetic demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Spanish Fluency is preferred
