About the role
Care Options for Kids is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric home health team in the Commerce City/Henderson territory. This role offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated SLP to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Eligible for or holds CCC-SLP
- Valid state licensure or certification in a Speech Language Pathology
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Pay and Schedule
The pay range for this position is $123,000 - $169,000 annually. Eligible candidates may qualify for a $3,000 sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be shared early in the interview process.
Qualifications
This role requires a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, eligibility for or holding CCC-SLP, valid state licensure or certification in a Speech Language Pathology, current BLS/CPR certification, and reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Skills
Effective communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems are essential.
