Speech Language Pathologist - SLPA Supervisor

Position Details

The Supervising SLP will be responsible for providing 30% supervision (approximately 6 hrs/wk) for the first 90 days at which point the supervision requirement will decrease to 20% (approximately 4hrs/wk).

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the school setting as an ASHA Certified SLPMaintains appropriate state license and ASHA CCC-SLP throughout the entire supervisory experienceCompletes at least two hours of professional development in the area of supervision after being awarded the CCC-SLP (SSG can provide if needed)

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
