Speech Language Pathologist, SLP/ST- Home Care
Bronx, NY – Personal Touch Home Care is expanding our Special Needs Program and seeking compassionate Speech Language Pathologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the home setting. This is a fee-for-service, 1099 contracted position. To be considered, you must have a valid and active NY state license.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Provide therapy to individuals of all ages, addressing issues such as articulation, fluency, voice, and language
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and home exercises
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy
Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited Speech Therapist college or university
- Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice
- Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Two (2) years of appropriate experience as a speech therapist preferred; home health experience is a plus

$100.00 per visit
