Speech Language Pathologist / SLP / ST - Full Time

About the role

This position offers a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/ST) role in a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. It includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a split schedule with a Senior Living Community in memory care, ALF, and outpatient settings in Camden. Travel time and mileage are reimbursed when traveling between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy services in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other rehabilitation professionals
• Thrive in a patient-first approach to rehab with extensive clinical education, mentorship, and genuine passion for patient care
• Support patients recovering from illness or surgery, long-term residents, and those with memory care needs
• Contribute to the rehabilitation of patients with diverse medical diagnoses

Qualifications

• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP) license or be license eligible to practice in the state
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Have strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
• Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
