About the role

Located in New York, NY, Personal Touch Home Care is expanding its Special Needs Program and seeks compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality care in the home setting. As a Speech Therapist with Personal Touch Home Care, you'll be responsible for evaluating and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them improve their communication skills and quality of life. You will also provide rehabilitative services to patients who are unable to travel to a clinic or hospital, focusing on improving patients' quality of life by promoting mobility, function, and independence within the comfort and convenience of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide therapy to individuals of all
