About the role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join PAM Health’s team and provide care for a diverse patient population, including chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. PAM Health operates over 80 hospital locations nationwide and employs more than 11,000 people.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and conduct speech therapy assessments.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs according to speech therapy principles and practices.
• Contribute to the further development of speech-language services within the organization.
• Maintain flexibility to work across multiple facilities as needed.

Requirements

• Current Speech‑Language Pathology license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred (inpatient hospital experience is a plus).
