About the role
We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. At PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The SLP will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy. Additionally, the SLP will be involved in the further development of our services and must be flexible to meet the needs of the company across many different facilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in speech therapy.
- Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individuals based on speech therapy principles and practices.
- Contribute to the further development of speech therapy services within PAM Health.
- Adapt to the needs of the company across various facilities.
Requirements
- SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- One year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
