What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plansProvide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needsMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriateComplete timely and accurate clinical documentationCommunicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary teamCollaborate with PT, OT, nursing, and other healthcare professionalsProvide compassionate, patient-centered care to help patients reach their functional goals What We’re Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent Michigan SLP license in good standingASHA certification preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while being a collaborative team memberReliable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care Why Join Concept Rehab?
