Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Part Time & Full Time @ Senior Living Community

What You'll Do

Provide individualized, high-quality speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing evaluations and treatment
Help residents maintain communication abilities, cognitive function, safe swallowing, and overall quality of life
Support residents in staying connected to the people, activities, and conversations that matter most to them
Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents, families, and team members
Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared

What You'll Bring

• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A team-oriented approach and commitment to quality care
