Speech Language Pathologist - SLP Home Health

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and provide home health visits in patients' homes and senior living communities across New Hampshire, including Salem, Hampton, and Nashua territories. Work with adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their homes.

About the role

You’ll be part of a collaborative care team, helping clients improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life while allowing them to remain safely at home. No prior home health experience is required—we provide full support if you're passionate about patient care.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes across your assigned area
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
• Create personalized care plans and adjust them as your clients progress
• Partner with other clinicians to deliver well-rounded care
• Educate patients and families so they feel confident continuing care at home
• Document your visits and progress using our easy-to-use EMR system

Requirements

• An active SLP license in New Hampshire
• Graduate of a speech-language pathologist program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Comfort with basic technology and documentation systems

Pay

Base pay ranges from $64.00 to $70.00 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations.
