About the role

Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Woodhaven, MI at a skilled nursing facility. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available for an SLP who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working with a supportive therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Help patients improve communication, swallowing, safety, and overall quality of life

Requirements

• Current Michigan SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a SNF, rehab, or geriatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
