Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Struthers, OH to help residents strengthen communication and swallowing so they can connect, participate, and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs
• Create individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based treatment
• Document services clearly and on time
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families
• Support safe, consistent carryover across the day

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited SLP program; current state licensure (or eligibility) and required credentials; strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and patient-centered communication; comfort working in a nursing/senior care setting.
