Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - FT | Waterbury Rehab

About the role

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at our new rehab hospital opening October 2026. You will care for a diverse patient population, with a focus on chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy.
• Contribute to the further development of speech therapy services within PAM Health.
• Remain flexible to meet the needs of the company across multiple facilities.

Requirements

• SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
