About the role
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-27 school year in Fort Worth. Positions are available for both elementary and middle schools.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students identified with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
- Experience working with children in educational settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language pathology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth
