About the role
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-27 school year in Lancaster, TX.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to students as per individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess and evaluate student progress towards IEP goals
- Develop and implement therapeutic programs tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support for students
- Keep detailed records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language pathology
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and techniques
- Passionate about supporting students with special needs
