Responsibilities

• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills appropriate for the patient’s condition.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to the supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Instruct the patient’s family or nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
• Active Minnesota Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Experience in long‑term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
