Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide in-house therapy using progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
• Ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited therapy program.
• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possession of the 3 C's (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology).
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
