Accela Rehabilitation & Care Center at Springfield in Glenside, PA is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of health professionals. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create individualized treatment and therapy plans for a diverse resident population.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate residents and family members about speech disorders, causes (including disabilities and traumatic events), and treatments.
• Maintain detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
• Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, including family members and medical professionals.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in speech-language pathology.
• Valid state license or certification in Pennsylvania.
• Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
• Must be able to work in Glenside, PA.
