About the role
We are actively hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for placements supporting students across all grade levels (K–12). This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with diverse student populations in collaborative school-based settings.
Full school-year contract (36 weeks), 32.5–35 hours per week. Temp-to-perm opportunities available. SLPs will support students across a variety of specialized programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
- Collaborate with teachers, SLPAs, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Support AAC implementation and communication development
- Perform student evaluations and provide and document therapy services in accordance with each student’s plan of care and physician’s orders
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts licensure (DESE + state licensure as applicable)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Pay
Up to $70/hr based on experience
Schedule
32.5–35 hours per week, 36-week contract
