About the role

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to high school and middle school students
• Deliver services in a hybrid work environment

Schedule

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Assignment duration: ASAP through May 20, 2027

Location

• Culpeper, VA (hybrid)

Compensation

• Local contract pay range: $45.33 – $51.88 per hour
• $2,000 Completion Bonus for clinicians who complete their full school-year assignment (30+ hours/week)
• Referral bonuses up to $3,000

Requirements

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in the state of practice
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
