Speech Language Pathologist - PRN

Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Mennonite Memorial Home in Blufton, OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member. Weekday and weekend coverage needed!

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans, developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as an interdisciplinary team member.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation experience is great to have but not required.
