Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatrics - PRN

About the role

Select Kids is seeking a PRN pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. We provide evaluations and treatments for a variety of pediatric patients with conditions such as developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing issues, feeding disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation, and phonological disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Collaborate with other clinical/therapeutic services to coordinate treatment programs.
• Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs to maximize outcomes.
• Ongoing evaluation of patients' status and goals.
• Maintain compliance with American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year, including 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• Maintain state SLP licensure and ASHA certification.
• Complete 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience.

Requirements

• Current CCC for this position.
• Experience in outpatient pediatrics is required.

• State SLP licensure and ASHA certification are required.
