Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatrics $10,000 Bonus

About the role

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. We provide evaluations and treatments for a variety of pediatric patients with conditions such as developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing issues, feeding disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation, and phonological disorders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with various speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with other clinicians and therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide individualized 1:1 therapy sessions
• Maintain a positive relationship with patients and their families
• Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Meet ASHA minimum standards for initiation, including completing a Clinical Fellowship Year and 300 hours of clinical practicum
• Adhere to state SLP licensure and ASHA certification requirements

Requirements

• One year of outpatient experience
• Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$70,000 - $82,000 annually, based on years of experience

Full-time position
