About the role
The purpose of the Position at Language Essentials is to empower every person to thrive by building meaningful skills for everyday life—through compassionate, personalized, and purposeful therapy. As one of our Speech Language Pathologists, you will be responsible for providing life-changing treatment, support and care for children and adult patients who have difficulties with communication, eating, drinking and swallowing.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, diagnosis, and develop treatment plans for communication, feeding, and/or swallowing needs
- Liaise with family members, counselors, teachers, psychologists, doctors, and other professionals to design holistic treatments
- Compile extensive notes on patients’ progress
- Adjust therapies and treatment plans where necessary
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- 1+ years of experience providing speech therapy
- Competent Computer Skills
- Hold required California license or has applied

Pay
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $88,000 to $115,000 which would be prorated for the part-time position.
