Speech Language Pathologist (Part-Time)

Empower young voices, transform lives, and grow with Coyne in our Early Intervention program. Join our award-winning team as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and help young children build essential communication skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for Early Start clients alongside expert clinicians (e.g., Occupational Therapists, BCBAs) to guide individualized intervention plans.
• Provide consultation services tailored to each child’s needs, working with Program Supervisors to recommend strategies, communication supports, and meaningful goals.
• Deliver one-on-one speech and language therapy targeting vocabulary, sentence structure, articulation, social communication, and feeding/swallowing (when appropriate).
• Accurately track hours, document progress, and submit reports on time.

Requirements

• Current California SLP license (must be kept up to date).
• At least one year of experience working with young children with developmental delays.
• Clear background and driving record (safety is a top priority).
• Current TB clearance, BLS certification, and other required health and safety credentials (or willingness to obtain them).
