Speech Language Pathologist - Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or facing challenging disorders. The therapist practices independently within the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team, adjusting care plans based on evolving patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy in patients’ homes or care facilities
• Continuously evaluate and modify plans based on patient progress

Requirements

• Minimum of one-year speech pathology experience or successful completion of a probationary period as a rehab intern
• Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in the state of practice
• Valid driver’s license for areas outside of Manhattan
