Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, with Master’s Degree preferred
- MA Certification in Speech and Language
Performance Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to students with a wide variety of speech and language disorders and delays both individually and/or in groups for K-12.
- During the 2026 academic year, services primarily at the Brackett Elementary School.
- Performs diagnostic evaluations and implements treatment plans in relation to student needs.
- Collaborates with classroom teachers and other school staff members to implement effective therapy that integrates student's program.
- Serves as a consultant to school staff members in the development of services.
- Participates in IEP meetings and parent conferences.
- Responsible for goal writing and serving as a liaison for IEPs.
- Provides consultation to the Learning Team in the school building.
- Provides inclusionary services at the elementary level.
- Keeps thorough records of the individual student receiving services.
- Provides supervision to assigned SLPA.

To deliver a variety of services in speech and language and complete assessments for the purpose of educational planning.
