Speech Language Pathologist - Hospital Inpatient

Join our hospital team in Lancaster, CA as an Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist. This Level 2 Trauma center is stroke and cancer certified, with 420 beds and one of the largest Emergency Departments on the West Coast, including a helipad. You’ll treat a diverse patient population rarely seen at most facilities.

About the role

Full-time position; part-time and PRN roles are also available. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. All therapists receive membership in Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program) for continued education and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient speech-language pathology services
• Participate in structured learning pathways leading to specialization
• Engage in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on meaningful patient impact

Qualifications

• Passion for serving others
• Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Recent graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply

Pay

$44–$60 per hour plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
