About the Role
Provide home-based speech-language pathology services on the Big Island.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing issues
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on assessments and physician instructions
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and educate patients and families on rehabilitative activities
- Document observations, interventions, and care progress accurately using advanced technology
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current Hawaii Speech Language Pathologist license
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
