Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll work with patients to improve communication and swallowing, making a real difference in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients to improve communication and swallowing
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCL
Qualifications
- Experience working with patients of varying ages and abilities
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language pathology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
